Tour Guides

We believe that a tour guide is one of the most important aspects of a tour. For those who do not simply wish to relax in a city, the guide will be the window to ancient history and current events. It is therefore that our guides should be equipped with comprehensive knowledge on the sites and cities that will be included in each itinerary. All guides who are employed by the company must hold a four-year degree from the Faculty of Egyptology. Together with this we prefer that the guide has at least four years guiding experience in most, if not all the sites and cities of our destinations. Professionalism is second on the list of requirements for an acceptable guide.

Our team consists of English speaking guides, as well as those who are fluent in German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin and Russian.

Hotels and Transportation

Lady Egypt Tours owns a chain of boutique hotels in Cairo. One of these is the Zayed Hotel located in the calm suburb of Mohandesen. The setting of the Hotel is excellent for tourists as it is located approximately fifteen minutes away from all the interesting sights like the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, downtown with all the shops and cafes, and forty minutes away from the Pyramids of Giza.

For group and customized tours we make use of hotels that give special attention and care to their guests. We believe a comfortable hotel with all the facilities that a traveler might need is a major element in the success of our tours.

One of the proud additions to our service is the Nile Spirit Dahabya. This is one of the few modern decorated Dahabyas that sail the Nile between Aswan and Luxor.

Lady Egypt owns a large fleet of cars, busses, micro-busses, and mini vans. These vehicles are the best transportation means for airport transfers, one day tours, and group tours.
