Booking and Payment procedures: Experience Egypt is our trading name operated by our fully licensed travel agency LADY EGYPT TOURS license No: 1275 and a member of the Egyptian Travel Agency Association. You can book one of our standard tour packages online by emailing a booking form and selecting the name of you'r tour. We can also tailor make your preferred tour package - please email your request to ramy@ladyegypt.com and one of our travel consultants will contact you with various itinerary options. Reservations should be made as early as possible,especially if you'r traveling in the peak season (Christmas and Easter). Full payment is required prior to your arrival. Once finalizing your tour package, and a booking form is received, we will email you a payment request. Payment can be made by either credit card (Visa & MasterCard) with a 3% surcharge using our secured pay on line system or by wire transfer. Please note the wire transfer incurs bank fees (on both sides). You will need to ensure your payment covers these fees. Once receiving the payment , a confirmation voucher will be sent to you with all your booking details and all relavent pre departure informations .
